Gas safety inspections are now a legal requirement for any gas appliance (boilers, cookers and any other gas appliance) within a rented property.

All Landlords are responsible to ensure all gas appliances are checked annually to ensure they are safe for use. Our Gas Safe registered engineers will be able to complete the inspection at a convenient time for you, we will also liaise with the tenants to arrange appointment if necessary. You will be provided with a Gas Safety Certificate which is valid for 1 year.

If necessary we can service and repair appliances during the same visit for convenience.
