Whether you’re a main contractor juggling a dozen trades, an architect specifying systems, or a facilities manager planning upgrades, you need partners who understand the stakes. A botched heating install doesn’t just mean delays – it means explaining to headteachers why classrooms are freezing, or telling care home residents why there’s no hot water.
We get that. It’s why our approach is built around making your life easier, not harder.
What our clients actually say
“They turn up when they say they will.” Sounds basic, doesn’t it? But ask any project manager how rare that actually is.
“Honest pricing, no surprises.” Because nobody has time for contractors who suddenly discover “unforeseen complications” halfway through a job.
“They do it properly the first time.” Which means you’re not calling them back to fix what should have worked from the start.
“They don’t vanish afterwards.” Because a good contractor relationship doesn’t end at handover.
Looking ahead
The commercial building landscape is changing. Energy efficiency requirements are getting stricter. Building regulations are more complex. Client expectations are higher than ever.
But here’s what hasn’t changed: the need for heating and plumbing contractors who actually know what they’re doing.
Whether it’s a plant room upgrade, commercial boiler installation, or full heating system specification, the projects that run smoothly are the ones where someone took the time to get the mechanical services right from the start.
Keep us in mind
Next time you’re planning a project across the Midlands – whether it’s a school, care home, office block, or anything in between – remember that there’s a difference between contractors who promise they can handle commercial complexity and those who’ve been doing it successfully for decades.
At Edward Serrell Plumbing & Heating, we’re the latter. And when your project needs heating and plumbing that simply works, without fuss or drama, we’ll be here.
Because in commercial work, excellence isn’t just nice to have – it’s everything.
